All-Star Cheer
1.5 hours
$60/month for one class per week, $90 for two
Girls
An hour and a half class that incorporates all aspect of cheer leading, including motions, jumps, stunting and tumbling. Students will learn arm placement technique and all the major jumps, basing and flying, and both running and standing tumbling. All aspects taught in a progressive and safe method, from beginner to advanced with strength and flexibility incorporated throughout.
