Designed for parents to help infants improve core strength and self-awareness, this class focuses on sitting, turning, crawling, standing, walking, bouncing, and maneuvering obstacles. We focus on activities that highlight movements along the three main axes through the human body and stimulate the senses using visual, tactile, and audio stimuli.
Finally, an activity that allows lil' ones to learn and move with their loved ones! This will allow them to enhance those relationships while fostering important new life skills.
